Gwendolyn M. Hancock is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Gwen is a 2009 graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where she finished sixth in her class and was a member of the Law Review. Gwen earned her B.A. from Hamilton College in 2001 and her Master of Arts in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island in 2010. Gwen is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Before attending law school, Gwen worked as a professional mariner in the sail training industry, where she held a United States Coast Guard 500 Ton Ocean Master license with a sail endorsement. Gwen still loves to sail, and enjoys spending time on the water with her family.
