ATTORNEY JOSEPH M. PROIETTA, ESQ.

Attorney Joseph M. Proietta is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Joe is a graduate of the Roger Williams University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. In addition, Joe has an M.F.A. from Brown University and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oneonta. Joe is a past Director of the Elder Law Project at Rhode Island Legal Services where he traveled the state working to enhance the delivery of legal services to seniors in Rhode Island, and he worked in-house at the Rhode Island Department of Elderly Affairs where he served as a resource to staff and seniors around Rhode Island. Joe is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Rhode Island chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He serves on the Rhode Island Bar Association Probate & Trust Committee and the Massachusetts Bar Association Probate Law Section.
